2HEALTHCARE ASSIGNMENT Introduction Public health leadership is the trait or skill of any person who is able to motivate and influence the community so that they could develop healthy habits and achieve their vision and goals (Scully, 2015). To develop such traits and skills the leaders require inspirational and developmental abilities that influence people to motivate others and include strategies to achieve their goals (Madanchian et al., 2016). In this paper, discussion about the Public health leadership theory and the way this process could close the gaps would be discussed. Further, its abilities to incorporate the systems involved processes would be discussed. Brief description of the leadership theory There are several aspects and themes which is associated to the public health leadership theory such as the technical skills, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence as well as the conceptual skills (Storey, 2016). These skills develops if the person leading any group or organisation develops abilities and are able to make decisions for the development of the processes. Hence, it is the responsibility of the leaders to understand the ethical aspects of the health promotional program so that with the help of morality and human performance the human performance could be determined (Nawaz & Khan, 2016). Therefore, application of ethical consideration plays an important role in the public health aspects so that ethical competencies of the healthcare professionals could be determined (Scully, 2015). In this aspect, it should be mentioned that with effective leadership, the other healthcare staff working under the leadership of people develop abilities by acting within their ethical considerations so that the ethical standard of care could not hampered (Storey, 2016).

Hence, identification of the gap in the leadership theory indicated to the fact that leaders were unable to take part in the complicated healthcare theories due to which they were unable to take effective care of the processes or public healthcare system developed for the wellbeing of the population. Besides these, the theories were developed depending upon the fact that majority of the people that were waiting in the queue for their healthcare process were unable to receive the treatment (Freeman, 2016). In this aspect, the people were not provided with their right of intervention due to which they suffered from critical healthcare complications. Hence, the leadership should focus on the fact that majority of the professionals were unable to take part in the care processes due to their ineffective working schedule (Nawaz & Khan, 2016). This ultimately affected the patient’s and the healthcare professionals and their obligation for care process. Therefore, these gaps affected the ethical considerations of care processes related to autonomy, beneficence, justice and non-maleficence (Nawaz & Khan, 2016). How these ethical considerations could be maintained in the care process? While implementing the ethical considerations in the healthcare facilities, it should be mentioned that it is the responsibility of the healthcare leadership to maintain and implement a proper implementation of ethically compliance care process which would help the employees as well as the patients in the care process about the importance of the ethically compliance care (Amanchukwu, Stanley & Ololube, 2015). This training or education would be helpful for both the patients and the care professionals that are working for the growth and benefit of the patients. This would be an effective measure that would help to implement and conduct an ethically compliance care process for benefit of the care facility. However, these aspects would only be implemented if the leadership of the organisation is string and is able to take critical and difficult

As per theearly Great Man theory, the leadership traits are developed by the leaders if they are provided with effective training or they are able to obtain the process for their own experiences. If they are provided with the information about the process with effective training and education (Storey, 2016). Further, there are several traits of the leaders which cannot be acquired through experiences or training such as the leadership personality, the leadership quality and others due to which, the healthcare organisations should be able to choose leaders that are able to take care of the organisation through their leadership qualities (Amanchukwu, Stanley & Ololube, 2015). For this purpose, the management could develop a situation and should seek feedback or advice from the healthcare professionals so that they could identify the person who would be able to lead their healthcare processes and public healthcare system effectively (Storey, 2016). Therefore, the gaps that has been identified in the ethical leadership theory for the public healthcare system, indicated to the fact that majority of the people that are associated with the care profession are suffering from improper leadership or lack of proper identify and due to this, they are unable to take care of their professional liabilities effectively (Freeman, 2016). Conclusion The primary aim of this paper was to identify the aspects which is important for the growth and development of the care process so that the entire process could be conducted with effective skills of the care professionals. This paper discussed about the ethical leadership theory as per which it is the responsibility of the healthcare leadership to maintain effective abilities so that they could lead their care unit through critical and crucial situations. In this process, the ethical leadership theory was implemented in the public healthcare process and this paper indicated that majority of the care professionals that were involved in the care process were
