• The chosen organization for this assignment is the Royal Flying Doctor service.
• This organization is one of the largest and also one of the completed aeromedical
organization throughout he world.
• This organization has been developed for providing immediate and primary healthcare
services to people belonging from rural and remote areas of Australia.
• The organization gives most importance to the aged persons.

DESCRIPTION
• The RFDS is comprised of seven legal entities-
• RFDA of Australia
• central operations, Queensland section
• South Eastern Section
• Tasmania
• Victoria
• Western operations.

CHARCTERISTICS OF AGED PEOPLE
• The older people comprises a considerable portion of Australia’s
population.
• More than 1 in 7 people were either 65 years of age or more than that.
• As the age of a person gets increased their health status decreases

IMPACT ON AGED PEOPLE
• The increase in the number of population size of the age people increase
to a chance of the leading cause of death.
• The causes of death can be bot communicable and non-communicable
diseases (Aboagye‐Sarfo et al., 2015).

CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS
• This organization provides services to the people belonging to rural and
remote areas however the priority of this organization is the aged persons.
• Almost 50% of the people whom the organization provides services are
the older people.

the patients suffering from several diseases.
• It try to provide the best quality of treatment the lowest cause. The
organization is not earning much benefits while providing the treatment.

• The populations or the patients who are involved in receiving the
treatments from the organization were benefitted from the services.
• If the efficiency of production in relation to the efficiency of the populations
are considered then it can be said the production efficiency was maximum.

The allocative efficiency is the status of economy where the production
of the organization are represented by considering the preferences of
the customers

• As per the theory of contact, the allocative efficiency can be achieved in
contract in which the skill demanded by the party which is offering the
services and the skill of the party receiving the services are the same.

• The procedural equity can be described as the equity and fairness
associated with the distribution of the services across the individuals and
groups involved in receiving the care services.

• The substantive equity can be defined as the aspects of the human rights
laws which are concerned with the equal outcomes and equal scopes for
the people belonging o the marginalized groups of the society.

• The organization was not effective in maximizing the fair distribution
of services across different groups

• The organization could not able to reduce the gaps bad the
disparities among different groups

The first recommendation is to change the service delivery model
