INTRODUCTIONHealth is one of the main factor which should be considered by each and every individualso as to live daily life in an effective manner. It is very necessary to develop a proper healthcareenvironment so that people can remain healthy. Healthcare is termed as the improvement ormaintenance of health via treatment, prevention and diagnosis of disease, injury, illness and othermental and physical impairments which are there in human beings (Anshari and Almunawar,2012). This report is based on the topic of Healthcare environment related with case study ofBEAT (Beating Eating Disorders), it is a national registered company and charity which providehelp to those people who are affected or suffering from eating disorders. In this report mission,vision, organisational structure and stakeholders of BEAT will be discussed. Environmentalanalysis will also be conducted and which will be based on PESTLE analysis as well as differentrecommendations for the management of expansion will be made in this report. TASKS Part A1. Stakeholders, mission, vision and corporate governance of BEATBEAT is is one of the leading charity of UK who give their support to those peopleaffected by various eating disorders and are doing campaigns on their behalf. The charity wasfounded in the year 1989 as the name called Eating Disorders Association and celebrated their25th anniversary in the year 2014. In the year 1989 two charities called 'Anorexic Aid' and 'Anorexic Family Aid' gotmerged together in order to form 'Eating Disorders Association' (EDA). With the continuousgrowth and development, third charity which is called 'The Society for the Advancement into theResearch of Anorexia' (SARA) also joined EDA. The charity than make adoption of workingname called BEAT in the year 2007. Currently BEAT is providing conferences and training,helpline services, online support and help finder directory. The charity which is being discussedis formed to provide help to people with bulimia, emotional overeating, anorexia nervosa, bingeand other eating disorders and also give information to general public in regards with suchconditions (Glandon,Slovensky and Smaltz, 2013). This charity provides various support services which are as follows:1
