understanding level by using different ways and training that can help to develop the individual

Inclusive learning is defined as effective teaching practices which is used by people for the
purpose of developing the skills and abilities in the changing environment. This is important for
each individual to take part in inclusive learning and follows the teaching approaches that ensure
all children are engaged, included and supported that can help to completing the education in
specific area. There are several features of inclusive learning such as respect for diversity which
mainly used to recognise diversity and respects that helps to identify the age, disability, gender
and status that needs to identify and make the right decision. The parents of all students wants
that their children to be accepted by their peers, friends, and tutors that lead the regular lives and
managing the all activities in relation to particular working. The children develop a positive
understanding of themselves and others which can help to develop the understanding level and
maintain the good performance. From the inclusive learning children and students learns the
academic skills, all children learn together, and it develop the friendship which can help to
improve the own and personal abilities (Kuyini, Desai, and Sharma, 2020).
An inclusive learning environment promotes inclusivity in learning and teaching as health
care assistant is bound by guideline of inclusive and treat the all learners fairly. In this, assistant
has followed the health and safety, and diversity act in their business environment which can
help to manage the business activities and bring the changes in their working. The inclusive
learning environment is free of discrimination, harassment. Herein, health care assistant is
developing the learning of their students where they starts to lean about mental health nursing,
teaching in children with learning disability, and teaching in adults special needs that can help to
managing the higher performance which develop the learning abilities. The inclusive learning
environment consider that learners are fairly and equally treated thus, it encourages the learning.
In this individuals and students celebrates their achievement and targets their goals and
objectives which can help to develop the own skills and abilities effectively.
An inclusive learning environment enhances the respects for their elders and make the
students or learners to be comfortable. This also helps to maintain the positive attitude by
attending classes that create the friendly environment. The learning environment creates a culture
of tolerance between learners, teachers and stakeholders that can help the students in health care

to develop positive learning attitude. This also promotes students empowerment and shared
responsibility (McKenna, Newton, and Bergman, 2021).
The strategies for effective liaison between professional who are involves inclusive
practice is effective learning culture environment and collaboration which are most important for
the purpose of running their roles and responsibilities clearly. Collaboration is used to connect
the learner and students in their area and increase the learning abilities which can help to make
feel comfortable. With the help of collaboration and effective learning environment it become
easy for students to learn something new and maintain the higher performance by managing the
all functions and activities. Good cooperation is also a liaison strategy through which health care
assistant and students communicate in better ways and inform about professional development.
In other words, networking and positive relationship is also helpful in facilitating the liaison
between professional and students by developing their understanding level and skills in specific
area. This also helps to complete the goals and attaining the higher performance (Esteban-
Guitart, and et.al., 2019).

Inclusive practice is in different form which is used by me to increase the learning abilities
and attaining the higher performance. This enables teaches to recognise and accommodate the
requirements of all learner’s by removing the barriers in to learning areas. My practices of
inclusive practices is effective as I played the role of health care assistant where I adhered to all
policies and legislations in relation to organization or schools. While learning and teaching to
students I have strength of engaging in working and maintaining proper communication with all
that can help to make understand in good way. My weakness that noticed by me is lack of time
management and resources which I improved by giving priority to each work. The opportunity
available in inclusive practices is sharing information, and accepting the challenges which

handling the discrimination that arises in learning process and create the healthy environment
which can help to promote the inclusion in learning environment. The student empowerment is
