INTRODUCTION
In healthcare setting personal development plays a significant role as care workers need
to keep their knowledge and skills up to date in order to provide quality care to patients. The
main purpose of personal development is to make health care professional effective at their work

which healthcare professionals assess their abilities and skills and set their goals in order to
achieve effectively. Personal development is also helpful to maximise their potential to work
