INTRODUCTION
Healthcare management is the same as it name it means the management of hospital and
small clinics work, responsibility and facility. Its all about the systematic flow of every
healthcare activity and responsibility along with maintenance of budget, goals, needs of society
and healthcare community. And all these functions are mange by health care manger. COVID-
19 is a spreading disease, it cause by the recently developed coronavirus. It shows the symptoms
like common cold and breathing problem. some of the people get infected by COVIDE 19 and
just face some respiratory illness then get recover without the need of special treatment. But in
the case of adults (age group of more then 40) and in the case of people who has the medical
history of some serious disease, in covide infections develop the serious illness and in some
case get die. Italy is the country which is known for its world best medical facility's and India is
good but not develop that much in the terms of medical technology's. In this report we are going
to discuss the healthcare management system of both country in prospect of covide 19 effects
(population, regulation, social economical factors) , along with this the development of services
delivery plan, by considering the key factors affecting health service delivery such as, regulators
and legislations, and national/state/local guidelines.
Service delivery in health care
It the important function of health care management system where they have to provide
the health care treatment and facility's to the patient of their entitled.
outpatient cardiology- cardiology is the treatment of cardiovascular disease of the
patient and if the patient treated in the both area, in the morning at hospital and in the evening
at home the without admitted at the hospital it is called outpatient cardiology.
Service delivery plane for outpatient cardiology
every type of hospital have to mange the good service line, they have to make the market
discrete special service line by involving the system related to the cardiac care, gastroenterology,
and children's care, orthopaedics. The perpaous and concept of service line has been changed
from the earlier physician enterprises, and now it include the procedure and organized facilities,
specific hospitals, ambulatory service centres and so on.
Some key things which has to be done for the innovative improvement is given below
implement the increasing competitiveness and the climate of decreasing reimbursement.
