Responsibility is the commitment of an individual to carry out assigned activities to the
best possible of their abilities. It is ones desire to carry out duties and achieve their desired goals
that are related to their position. After the accomplishment of task the responsibility comes to an
end. In context of health and social care professionals, they have their duty to provide care in
order to ensure the safety and well being of the required people with supporting them in
complete manners. There are certain liabilities, accountability and responsibilities that have been
fulfilled by professionals of my organization i.e. Care UK in most appropriate manner. It
represents the ways to act towards other needy people in particular manner according with their
set standards (Friesen, 2018). Liability refers to the legal obligations of an individual which
exists when the practitioner has assumed some form of responsibility for the purpose of their
patients care. The care might be personal or complex procedure. To fulfil this concept in accurate
manner, the practitioner within my organization must act in accordance with the relevant
standards that have been set by Care UK. When any kind of harm has come to any patient then
the law examines the person who has a duty for that patient and whether there was any
negligence occurs in order to fulfil the responsibility and accountability.
