Overview of the Video
The interdisciplinary approach to the healthcare sector has involved the different team
members from the varied disciplines and the fields that has worked in a collaborative manner
with the very common purpose to set the different goals, to take the different decisions and
which shared the resources and the other responsibilities (Brown, & Green, 2017).
The team of the different clinicians were from the different disciplines along with the
other patient, who has undertaken the different assessment techniques, the diagnosis and the
other intervention methods along with the goal setting along with the shared resources and the
other responsibilities. The patient along with the other family members with their respective
cares who has been involved in the different discussions regarding their conditions, their
prognosis and for chalking out the different plan for the family care (Ayanlade, 2018).
The interdisciplinary approach in this respect has involved the different team members
who have worked on an independent basis in order to create the different disciplinary plans for
the specific care plans in the healthcare sector that was implemented on a simultaneous basis but
without the explicit regard in the context of its interaction levels of the different members of the
