Introduction
healthcare management can be described as the healthcare administration and it includes
the oversight, management and administration of the healthcare systems, medical facilities, entire
hospital, hospitals and the public health systems. The duties of the health professionals is to
ensure that the resources are used efficiently, information is spread across the organization in an
efficient way, qualified employees are hired, individual employees runs smoothly. There are
general healthcare managers that are considered as specialists. It is important to note that the
generalists are the ones that are oversee the entire specialists (Shanks 2016). This assignment
includes the assessment of St. John of God health organisation. This organization will be
analysed based on the utilisation and attitude towards the technology; utilisation of the financial
resources, team work and utilisation; organization design and coordination; policy environment
and political environment. This study will also include aspects like whether the organization had
been in the news for any bad or good reason. Are the consumers satisfied with the various types
of the services? is the organization performing from a financial perspective and employee issue.
