INTRODUCTION
Health care sector refers to those sector of the market which are responsible for the health of the
people. There are many functions are done by the health sector such as managing medicines,
vaccination, research for diseases and their medication. There are different types of staff are
present in this sector such as doctors, nurses, ward boy, cleaners guards and many more. The
management of the hospital plays a important part in the sector. The main responsibility of the
management is to manage the staff and makes them more productive and competitive. The sector
of health requires special skills and abilities in the staff. The function of providing training to the
employees are also done by the management. The need and importance of staff in health care
sector are very high as there are many activities are present in health and other health
organisation which required huge workforce to be performed. The number of health centres and
hospitals are increasing day by day which demand for the skilled staff. It is analysed from the
market the hiring in the health care sector becomes excessive and the supply becomes higher
than the demand. There are many problems has faced by the health centres due to the overload of
the staff. The problem are very critical as they have many negative negative aspect because it
creates mess and disturbance in health care sector which requires strict disciplines. This report is
based on the central idea of health centre condition in this scenario. It is very important for the
health sector to analyse this problem and try to solve them so because it becomes very dangerous
for the integrity of the sector. This report provides brief discussion related to the various
problems faced by the management due to excessive workload on the staff and their considerable
solutions. It also provided description related to the various business problem which has faced
due to high staff turnover.
TASK
The working in the health care sector is not the easy task for any type of employees as it is a
critical work which cannot performed by any normal person. As there are many cases are appears
in the sector which are more critical and the life of patient are on risk. The staff of the sector has
to take intensive tension and pressure in these type of situations (Borrás-Gené, 2018). As the
impact of covid are very negative on the health of the people which has infected the major part
of the population. This creates mess in the sector and also breaks the health care sector of many

country. The staff of the health sector has to work day and night because the workload are
increased by huge number and not able to deal with common situation. All the doctors and staff
has to face many problems in these conditions because of diseases and overload of work. The
pressure level of the staff are increased by huge level which is not suitable for their health. The
extensive level of anxiety are developed in the staff because they have to work with the PPE suit
on which are challenging to work. The covid is one of the most dangerous problem which the
world is witnessing and the fear of getting disease in staff are developed and most of the staff has
get problems from this.
Employee turnover is related to the number of employee leaving the organisation for certain
period of time. The high staff turnover are not good for the company as the company has to face
the problems of productivity in the organisation. It is very important for the management of the
organisation that they develop effective strategies in their organisation which restricts the
employees from leaving the organisation. The workload in the health sector are increased by the
huge number which demotivated many employees to work for the health organisation (De Rossi,
2018). There are many condition are present in the health sector becomes the reason for the high
turnover ratio of the staff such as stress, anxiety and pressure on the minds of the staff. The fear
of getting disease are very high which enable all the employees to leave the sector. The high
turnover of the staff has created many problems for the businesses it decreases the profitability
and productivity of the organisation. The problem of staff turnover has create many problems for
the management as they have find new employees and also provide them training which is not
simple task for the management
Solution-1
The problem of excessive workload on the staff of the health sector are very big and critical
which has created the problem of high staff turnover. It is very important for all the stakeholders
of the sector such as management of organisation and also the government of the country has to
develop measures to decrease the workload of the staff so that it becomes easy for the staff to not
leave the sector. It is the duty of the government to increase their spending on the heal
infrastructure and developed new multi speciality hospitals so that the number of patients can be
divided in all the hospitals so that the workload of the staff can be minimised. The role of the
organisation management are very high in the solution of this problem. It is the duty of the

management of the hospitals that they develops effective human resource department in their
organisation which has recruit more and more staff in the organisation so that the work of the
staff can be minimised. It is important for human resource department that they manage the work
in the organisation so that the chances of creating mess can be minimised. There are large
number of employees are leaving the sector due to the fear of the disease (Elfeky and Elbyaly,
2021). It is important for the management that they develop various safety measures in their
organisation which protect the staff of the sector from various types of diseases. It is the duty of
the government that they provide different public facilities to the medical staff in exchange of
their efforts towards the achievement of national duty. It is very important for the organisation
that they develop effective motivational factors in their organisation which reduces the stress of
the staff.
Solution-2
The problem of high staff turnover are faced by many health care organisations which has
operated their business in the market. It becomes very negative for these organisations because
they have to face many problems due to this such as low retention, loss of productivity and many
more. The main reason for high staff turnover is the increase the workload of the staff. One of
the most important solution for making the employees not leave the organisation is to provide
them different types of rewards to their employees. There are some employees are present in the
organisation which has done higher performance in the organisation and requires extra benefit
from the company. If the company has provide rewards to these employees so that it motivates
the employees towards the organisation. Providing motivation to the employees are the important
solution to restrict the employee for leaving the organisation. Motivation is the ability of the
person which is used by them to influence the will and behaviour of the employees towards the
achievement of organisational goals and objectives (Evans and Waring, 2020). It is the duty of
the managers of the organisation that they analyse the needs and desire of the employees and
fulfil them so they becomes motivated towards the organisation. Incentive scheme is one of the
attractive measure which can used by the management to increase their retention value of the
company. The company has to provide extra pay for their extra which fulfils their needs in the
market.

CONCLUSION
It is concluded from this report that that health care sectors has suffers from many problems such
as overload of work on the staff and low retention value of the employees. The staff of the health
sector has to face many problems due to excessive work such as hypertension, anxiety and stress
which becomes the reason for leaving the sector are concluded in this report. There are some
solutions are present such as rewards, motivation, infrastructure and many more to deal with
these problems are concluded in this report.
Recommendations
It is recommended to the health organisation that they develop effective marketing
framework in their organisation so that the job advertisement can be reached at the
potential employees and more and more employees can selected in the organisation.
It is recommended to the management of the organisation that they develop new and
advance technology in their organisation so that the diseases are cured in effective
manner.
