Maintaining the patientsrecords and their health details is a vital operation of the form that will help in proper assessmentof national and local policies which will improve operations of the firm like NHS. Different technologies including the software's and applications like Patient recorddatabase and biometric tools can be incorporated within selected health and social care settingthat will help in tracking down of health care measures undertaken within the firm to providegood services to patients. Hardware tools like, smartphones, fitness trackers and tablet PC's canbe used to keep the record of patients within the organisation. Apart from this, distanceprescription or digital consultation from a medical officer or physician can be provided by themeans of telephonic call or video conferencing in tolerable cases, that will help in improving thehealth and social care services. It will help in meeting the co management approaches which willhelp in improving patients or service user's satisfaction level towards the firm.
