They use different technologies and tools whichhelp them to provide them with suitable health and social care services. The digital and othertechnologies that are been carried out within the firm will help in improving the overallperformance of the organisation in most effective and suitable manner. Maintaining the patientsrecords and their health details is a vital operation of the form that will help in proper assessmentof national and local policies which will improve operations of the firm like NHS. Besides thisdifferent policies and guidelines can be followed that will help in improving overall performanceof the organisation.MAIN BODYUse of technology in recording and reporting own care settingWith the advancement of medical field, this can be said that the effective planning of thehealth and social care services provided to the patients at NHS. This will not only help inmonitoring the health condition of the patients within an organisation. Hardware tools like, smartphones, fitness trackers and tablet PC's canbe used to keep the record of patients within the organisation. Apart from this, distanceprescription or digital consultation from a medical officer or physician can be provided by themeans of telephonic call or video conferencing in tolerable cases, that will help in improving thehealth and social care services.
