past few decades. Healthcare scenario in America was quite different 40 years ago. The
patient protection and Affordable Care Act was passed in the year 2010. Due to the
advancement of technology, application and establishment of new law, healthcare system has
been developed. Even, spending in the healthcare has also been increased due to the
economical growth over past 40 years. On the basis of per capita, the spending on healthcare
has also found to be grown substantially (Obama, 2016).

The healthcare organization serves over 4500 patients and after the development of
ACA, a change in the system processes is required. Financial coverage can be critical for the
healthcare organization because they serve thousands of patients. It also requires efficient
operations and in this regard, there will be requirement of more staffs. There will be new
responsibilities and training for new roles is also required (Pignatti et al., 2015).

Due to the technological advancement, it can be predicted that in the next 15 years,
the healthcare system will experience a huge development in all aspects. With the use of
Health Information Technologies (HIT), the patients and their families will be able to easily
access the healthcare resources. Mobile health technology, such as mobile app will provide
an additional support in wide range of health conditions which will be extremely valuable.
Tele-video and home-based Tele-Health solutions will be widely used to interconnect the
patients with healthcare providers. With the access of better data and health information,
