INTRODUCTIONBusiness plan is a document which consist of future objective of business and variousstrategies in order to achieve them. The study will focus on planning, implementation, reviewingand monitoring of activities that should be included in order to provide better treatment to thepatient of dementia. TASK 3Operational plan:SUMMARY OF CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENTDementia is decline in mental ability of patient to interfere with daily life. It is thecondition characterised by weakening of at least two brain functions like memory loss andjudgement (Birks and Harvey, 2018). Organising daily activities for patients suffering fromDementia is important to manage appropriate care.Involvement in activities helps inencouraging patient inclusion which boost recovery of individuals apart from medication. Thecarehome will take the proper measure in order to make changes in its working process so that abetter treatment is provided to the patients of Dementia. The daily activities which will beimplemented in care home comprise cognitive behaviour therapy in which singfit which is ahome music therapy will be used as music helps in boosting mood and it is proved moreeffective than the medication, social inclusion and interactions. Singfit is a type of activity whichhelps in improving speech as well as elevating mood of an individual. The carehome will try toengage person in such activities which will help the patient in a recovery process.The employees of the carehome will try to make people to do work in a simple stepmeans to break the activities into simple small steps. A proper connection will be made with thepeople suffering from dementia it can be done by making an individual involved in the activity(Livingston and et.al., 2017). For example, suppose when an individual is asked that can theymake a card it is possible that a person give negative reply but if the person was asked formaking the invitation card and need their help it might be possible that person will enjoy thecompany and agree to work therefore the patient should be convinced to take part in activities. Carrion C. and et.al., 2018 has conducted a research in order to find the scientificevidence of cognitive therapy in order to treat people suffering from dementia. In order to do so a
