about the healthy eating as it can provide them enough energy
to fulfil their daily tasks. Having the health promotions can
more positively impact over the behaviours of the health of
an individual. Through the help of this artefact, it can provide
awareness towards the old age public so that they can
effectively know about the causative reasons which can
negatively impact over their well-being due to lack of healthy
eating.
An adequate amount of nutrition, especially among an older
age can aid in maintaining of the well-being as well as in
reducing the onset of the chronic illness. It can particularly
contribute towards the vitality in daily activity, to energy as
well as mood. It can aid in maintaining the functional
independence. The adults who are above an age of 65 are
more vulnerable towards the deficiencies of the nutrition
and its problems which are quite common among this age
group.
Eating a well-balanced diet is specifically a significant
fragment of staying healthy as per the age. It can generally
aid an individual to maintain a healthy weight as well as
make them stay energized. The healthy eating in an older age
group can also provide the enough nutrition which an
individual want to live his life.
The Health Promotion Theory which is particularly
