There are different form of factors in the world exist that put direct impact on health and growth of
children's. Healthy eating is the best example that falls under the category of those forces that
affect positively upon individual child health (What Does Healthy Eating Mean, 2022). This term
drives the attention of children's toward consume those food items that affect in positive manner
upon their health and enable them to conduct any activity related to playing games, during
academic years. Healthy eating habit define the process of following a healthy eating pattern that
encompasses different food items among which some goods include nutritious drinks & food. This
form of habit, may provide a lot of benefits to children's in term of boosting their immunity,
strengthening bones and supporting in digestive system functioning well. It may also aid to keep
skin, eye, muscles and teeth healthy as well as stronger, that is quite essential and beneficial for
them.
Another concept that relate to child growth and their brain development is physical
activity, that may conduct in a child care organization by each children's under the guidance of
experience holder or care providers (Aubert and et.al., 2021). It can be said that physical activity is
considered as all movement including indoor and out door playing activities that help child to learn
something new and interesting. It is fact that all age group child need varied amount of physical
activity in and out child care area. It is better for them to spend more time being physically and
mentally active. It is important for child care givers to make appropriate arrangement about indoor
and outdoor spaces for purpose of conducting physical activity such as games that support child
normal growth. Gymnastics, yoga exercises, dance activity, stretching routines, etc. are all
included in category of physical activity.
Physical activity and healthy eating habit are the best example of those factors that put
positive impact on child growth and health, while poor diet is an ineffective factor that lead to
decrease the brain development growth of each child, from age 2-5. Poor diet may put adverse
impact on children's, as it emerge different types of health issues like impaired growth, childhood
obesity, poor memory and learning disabilities that may case by malnutrition (Fleming and et.al.,
2022). Tooth decay, inappropriate physical growth, pale, being under weight and constipation are
the varied forms of implications of a poor diet that affect negatively upon toddlers and other age
group children's (Nutrition is vital in laying the foundation of a healthy child. Here's how a poor
diet impacts a child's health, 2022). Poor diet in children's also affect, in different manners such as
poor health which lead to decrease normal growth of child brain, which is not suitable for their
childhood.
