INTRODUCTION
Healthy eating habits are defined as the healthy eating pattern which includes a variety of
nutritious foods and drinks responsible for providing an adequate amount of nutrients to the
consumer. Healthy eating stands for “not eating too much or too little”. A dietician is the trained
professional who guides the people to change their eating pattern or imply modifications in their
diet to improve their health and lifestyle. Healthy eating is essential for healthy growth and
development of an individual, to fight against the infection and disease, to recover and heal from
injuries, and for general well-being of an individual (DÜDÜKÇÜ et. al., 2022). A healthy eating
pattern is not only beneficial for preventing the obesity but also help to prevent several disease
progressions. In this, the report will cover the case studies that can include the diet plan for the
clients such that they can effectively enhances the well-being and can able to live their life more
healthy.
MAIN BODY
Client 1
Jill a 52-year-old female who was an old athlete putted on 4 kg weight due to lack of
training sessions and is at risk of losing fat free mass that is lean body mass referring to whole
body components except the body fat. To effectively maintain her weight and so as the body
power she requires a good balanced diet that improves her fat free mass by building muscles and
reduce body fat. The diet should contain fibre rich food such as vegetables and beans, cutting the
processed foods such as fast foods, candy, packaged baked goods, replacing carbohydrates
mainly sugary carb with higher protein food. And meanwhile she needs interval training sessions
(Body Recomposition: Lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, 2018).
Client 2
Mitchell a 20-year-old male, having weight 80kg and is an absolute healthy young man.
Mitchell's weight is a concern and so as to maintain his weight with his hectic schedule he
requires a balanced diet which will provide him the nutrients and minerals sufficient for body's
functioning. Diet should have plenty of proteins, low sugar and salt. Incorporating healthy fats
including fish, olive oil and other plant derived oils. In breakfast, a bowl of bran flakes with
sliced strawberries and walnuts with non-fat milk. In lunch, a turkey sandwich on wheat with
