This essay discusses the importance of healthy nutrition in young children aged 05 years for healthy development. The literature review highlights the need for optimal nutrition and learning opportunities for positive early development. The methodology includes a search strategy using PubMed and PMC databases. The results and discussion emphasize the impact of household socio-economic status on nutritional status and the need for public health interventions to promote healthy eating. The conclusion recommends considering household insecurity of food, socio-economic capacity, availability of health services, environmental sanitation, and geographical inequalities in formulating nutritional programs for young children under 05 years age group.
