management style, organisations are able to create open and honest communication which
makes the organisation transparent. People are able to trust other people and also encourage
for working with other people as well. Leadership and management style is found to be the
important factor which creates a direct impact on the organisation of the workplace. So that's
why it is suggested to the organisation that they need to do for selecting a leadership and
management style according to the requirement of the workplace. With this action, the
company is able to achieve its goals and objectives. It is identified that effective leadership
and management is style is also fostering the collaboration and communication (Lowe, 2020).
For example, if an organisation follows a democratic leadership style then people are feeling
important to the organisation because they have a right to give their opinions and suggestions
in the decision-making process. This is really very helpful for encouraging them towards the
organisation of goals and objectives.
These are the important methods which are suggested to the organisation that helps to
promote a healthy workplace culture in the organisation. It is identified that these methods
can become successful only when the organisation is effectively executed each action
according to the organisation's needs and requirements (Haas and Hwang, 2019). This is the
reason that organisations should understand the requirements of the workplace first and also
try to understand the behaviour of employees which helps them to give the real situation of
the company. When a company is able to know what are the situations are going on in the
workplace then they are able to think about the execution of ways which promote a healthy
workplace culture. It is identified that when the company is able to know the employee's
needs and wants then they are able to take a decision that which factor improves the
workplace culture.
