INTRODUCTION
Heathrow Terminal 2 refers to a queen terminal in London, United Kingdom. The airport
terminal was designed by Luis Vidal as well as architects and got established in 2014. In the year
2015, it tackled around 16.7 million passengers on 116,861 flights. This terminal was divided
into two buildings which is 2A and 2B. In context with the terminal 2A it was built by a joint
venture between Ferrovial and Laing O’Rourke. In context with terminal 2B, it was designed by
Grimshaw Architects and built up by Balfour Beatty. Heathrow Terminal airport provides
various things to all their passengers who are visiting the country and who are leaving (Denicol,
Davies and Pryke, 2021). The below report is based on the project Car park at Heathrow
terminal 2. It was a new multi-storey project built up by HUBER. The report involves different
elements in relation with the cost of the project, stakeholders, challenges, methodology. The
report also includes mitigation, communication, human resources and many more.

There are different elements of the car park project implemented by Heathrow terminal 2
like cost, stakeholders and so on. In relation with the specific project it is been explained as
below:-
 Cost of the project:- In context with the car project at Heathrow terminal airport they did
not operated a time sheet system. There were various types of costs been involved in the
project. The first cost while implementing car park was overall staff costs (Gibson, C.,
2021). It was analyzed that there has been a full increase in the capitalized staff costs.
From the beginning of the project only all kind of central costs have been managed with
the help of central legal and logistics cost center.
