John is the owner of the “The Heavens cake studio (Love in the heaven's cake)” it is a
bakery shop which is established in baker street, London (UK). It provides the gluten free cakes,
chocolates, pastries, cupcakes, chocolate shots, waffles and other bakery items (Anicama, 2018).
Vision:
“It is ablaze about baking advanced products which have great taste and satisfying the consumer
in every and each eating experience.” it never compromises with the product's quality, values of
family and the customer trust. It will work hard for providing the customer expectations in every
order.
Mission:
The main purpose of the heavens cake studio is “provide high quality products, customized
goods and consumer experience by using best ingredients and new techniques.
Objectives:
Increase the market share of goods and services.
Builds relationship with the customers.
Enhance the brand and reputation.
Ensure the fair cost of the products for consumers.
Provide customer satisfaction and ensure them to better quality.
