Britain has vast history in a heritage sector which attracts local and globalvisitors to visit these places. The present report describes development of heritage and culturalsector in the United Kingdom. It explains the aim of heritage and cultural attractions. In addition tothis, it also represents roles, responsibilities and ownerships in the same industry. They also help in increasing financial conditionof this sector like better contribution in the GDP (Gross domestic Product). Further, they give manyefforts to develop this heritage industry in the nation. In addition to this, authorities of UK also provide various types employments opportunitiesto local citizens of nation. These staffs aid in managing heritage and tourism operations inappropriate manner (Carr, 2013). Due to these reasons, income of government from heritage sectoris increasing in comparison of previous years because these efforts attract many national andinternational visitors to visit cultural destinations of United Kingdom. Government of UK emphasizes to renovate the heritage and cultural places by earnedincome of this sector. These monetary funds’ contribute effective role for government to renovateand construct new museums and heritage places in the nation. Renovation of cultural destinationshelps to maintain the importance of them which aids to increase effective frequency of visitors inthe nation. Government of UK earns good profit from them which plays an important role toenhance the growth and development of heritage and cultural sector. Further, government of UKencourages adding of new artifacts and ancient things to lure national and global tourist towardsmuseum and historical places in the nation (Buda and McIntosh, 2013). It also contributeseffectively in heritage sector to develop it in an appropriate manner. In addition to this, government of Britain also provides loan facilities at lower rates to alltypes of organizations and citizens for construction of hotel and resort at tourist destinations. Manycorporations take advantage of this opportunity which aids the heritage sector to increase its growthin a better way. This process attracts many visitors to visits these locations. It enhances frequency oftourists as compared to past years (Holmes and Slater, 2012). It is represented below the paragraph: Potential conflictsHospitality organizations like intercontinental group face many conflicts in the nation. Theseissues affect architecture development and other business activities in Tibet. These things create bad impact on the local people of Tibet. Theyproduce many problems for safety and security of heritage and cultural resources in the country. Causes of conflictsIn Tibet, there are many social communities and groups which are created by these politicalissues for expansion of cultural and heritage sector. Further, these local people do not want moredevelopment in this sector; because they think that it will destroy natural beauty of their country. Itcan also lead the environment pollution which creates bad impact on Tibet. In addition to this,development of heritage sector will also attract many international tourists which will createdisturbance in personal life of local people in the nation (Vandenbrink, 2013). Further, there aremany local communities who are against the Chinese government because they think that Chinawants to rule on the Tibet. Education status of domestic people residing in Tibet is also not good ascomparison to other nations like India and China. So, it has created various issues forintercontinental hotels in the country. In addition to this, they produce many conflicts forconservation of heritage and cultural sector.
