development and infrastructure of heritage and cultural sites. Other and the positive aspect
related with this, is that increase number of visitors generate employment for local people,
contribute in economic development of nation, increase standard of living of local people,
ensure development of infrastructure and basic facilities for local people and many more. In this
kind of situation, there is a requirement to adopt a balanced approach through which firm can

strategies and methods are there that can be used to solve the conflicts. Identify the major

conflicts is that development of various projects by government in that area. In this kind of
situation, there is a requirement to balance the various activities and operation of

government to restore the religious structure which is rising due to increase number of travellers
in that area. Before take any decision or before execute anything, it is very essential for
government to formulate a plan and right everything on paper so substantive growth can be
