Tourism is the fastest growing industry which assists to promote different types of business
within the nation. Main advantages which ascertain by tourism are development of heritage and
cultural program which ascertain through development of ideas and operations at workplace
(Trinh, Ryan and Cave, 2014). It demonstrates many purposes which assist to grow operations
and performances at workplace. It is creating advantages for pertaining different results and
performances at workplace. In this context, present report of heritage and cultural management is
based on tourism industry of UK market. In order to understand development of the nation and
tourism industry, relationship is develops at workplace which assure through growth of
industries and other businesses at workplace. In this aspect development and growth of the
nation is based on different elements which assist to grow outcomes and performances at
workplace. Furthermore, it covers conflicts due to various elements at workplace which create
negative impact on the country operation and their goodwill. Moreover, it assist to make
purposes within the nation for developing ideas and operations in systematic way for attain
positive advantages and performances at workplace.

there potential conflicts determine different cultural convention. As results, such are as follows:
Lack of presentation palace: In Lhasa, Tibet, there is conflicts take place due to lack of
presentation palace. Before attract to any tourist, it is essential to signify local and host
community from event programs at workplace. It is determines due to lack of proper
awareness and proper concentration of public towards the company. It will assist to grow
outcomes and performances (Aitchison, MacLeod and Shaw, 2014).

Disrespect of right and interest of the tourists: Within the environment, is the personal
interest is differs for whole community and local regional level, it creates conflicts. People
and other member differ due to cultural practices beliefs, knowledge and many other aspects
which affect adversely within the environment (Trinh, Ryan and Cave, 2014).
Misinterpretation of physical attribution: In Lhasa, Tibet, there is improper interpretation
and presentation of such physical attribute which create many issues within the environment.
It demonstrates impact on intangible aspects and also contemporary cultural expression
which leads to the concept of misunderstanding which related to cultural heritage.
Poor planning and land use: If potential conflicts take place between tourism project and
conversion of cultural heritage, it cannot be recognise and minimize. Thus, it creates major
issues within the nation to make proper outcomes and performances at workplace. In
addition to this, it leads to poor planning and associated with heritage and lifestyle of host
community. As results, it creates issues to demonstrate effective results at workplace
(Zhang, Fyall and Zheng, 2015).
Less access to the new technology: There is no integrated software based approach which
takes place for match capital cost and revenue generation target. In addition to this, it also
takes place for training of new and existing people at workplace (Duval and Smith, 2013).
They all are participates to enhance profitability within the nation. Thus, there are various
things in which new technology acquire for developing ideas and operations within the
environment.
Equitable treatment in tern of gender and geographic coverage: Authority of the nation
is ensures that proper balancing in tern of gender and other aspect require at workplace
(Uysal, Sirgy and Kim, 2016). Due to different geographical areas, economic condition,
education, social culture and other element create conflicts at workplace for demonstrate
results and performances in effective way.
Lack of consultation: In order to make effective results within the nation, business has
responsibility to meet with consultation programs. In this aspect, they have to take advises
from various people who are expert in taking decisions and positive results at workplace. In
this way, they are demonstrating results and performances which keep interest of different
people. In this aspect, country in negatively impacted due to different perception of
