Tourism is the activity which is concerned to the travelling of the people and the
experience they get from it. Tourism activities shows the cultural and heritage aspects of any
particular region. It has been analysed that heritage and cultural tourism plays a crucial role in
the effective development of the United Kingdom economy. In this there is also the glimpse of
the rural areas which shows the traditions of various local communities like what festivals they
celebrate, what rituals they follow and their values and lifestyle they adopt (Alberti and Giusti,
2012). In such cases the biggest role is played by the government of that area as they need to
emphasis on development and growth of heritage and cultural tourism in their country as there
are lots of opportunities.
In this report, there will be insight on the elements which can give boost to the heritage
and cultural tourism in UK. There will be refection on the certain issues which country is facing
regarding the tourism. For this Lhasa, Tibet will be considered for the scenario. In the end their

there is requirement of large sum so that those people can get better wages. The economic of the

flora and fauna but due to harsh environmental conditions it becomes hard to survive and this is
impacting the travel and a bad sign for the travel and tourism sector.

the cultural and heritage sites are damaged due to ignorance of the local communities so the
government of Tibet need to carry out campaigns to make local people aware about conservation
of the heritage sites. For example; while building any hotel in those places it should be ensured
that the hotel should be according to the heritage and culture of Tibet. By this natural beauty and
infrastructure of the area will not be disturbed.
