INTRODUCTION Heritage tourism is the practice of conducting the travel and tourism activity in the areawhich is authentically represents the stories of activities which is being carried out by the peoplein past (Heritage tourism, 2015). In addition to this, culture tourism is the type of tourism whichis conducted by the people with an aim to improve their knowledge and understanding regardingvaried cultures which is being followed by the people of country. These both type of tourismplays crucial role in terms of improving the economic condition of the nation. In addition to this,such tourism also helps in terms of improving the quality of life of residents and the servingvisitors. This report is based upon the different type of case scenario. In accordance with the givencontext, the report will provide the detailed description regarding the growth and development ofUK heritage and cultural industry. In addition to this, the report will also state the purpose ofheritage and cultural attractions in meeting the needs and demands of customers. Furthermore,the report will also depict the roles and responsibilities of the organizations which arefunctioning within heritage and cultural industry.
