INTRODUCTIONChina is a country of full of heritage. With the help of proper management of culturaldevelopment, and maintenance of heritage, it has become enabled to sustain the and preserveheritage which has helped it in the development of china. This presentation includes a briefevaluation of case study showing assessment of various environmental conditions, humanresource factors along with identification of modification in several factors and change in varioussituations as well.Further, it also shows development of plan based in various conditions, trends and alternativescenarios along with their impact economy, society, culture and of the latest technologicalimplications. In addition, provides description about several key indicators, criteria and systemfor reviewing as to use them in the development plan.EVALUATION OF CASE STUDYHeritage culture of china is the greatest intangible asset of it. Although, its heritage maysuffer a huge amount of uncertainties in the near future. Therefore, it is important for china todevelop effective strategies for preservation of its heritage. For this purpose, Government ofChina along with some other organisations and is needed to pay its attention on development ofthese intangible assets.Assessment of human stakeholder factors:Various factors like culture, institutional, socio economic factors etc. are major factorsimpacting of human stakeholders of the heritage sustainability and development. All thesefactors are needed to be preserved for maintenance of heritage in China.For preserving cultural factors of heritage, it is essential to analyse believes of populationand develop strategies by the Government as to grab the attention of human stakeholder towardscultural values of heritage. By developing cultural intelligence among the china's population,government can gain a huge benefit. For maintenance and safeguarding of cultural heritageUNESCO convention has developed new inflexions of these cultural heritages.By recording the beauty of cultural heritage, lofestyle and historical things of china, itcanm attract various human stakeholders towards it. this may also leads in enhancing economicvalues of heritages by attracting tourism in the country. China being a country full of historicaland cultural resources, it has an ability to grab the opportunities as top attract the tourism andgain economic values from it as well.
