This presentation discusses the innovative technique of Health and Human Service Management (HHRM) for sports injury care treatment. It explores the intervention processes, barriers, and limitations of HHRM in the sports arena. Effective communication is key to producing the desired outcome. The presentation also covers legal acts, value and beliefs, issue assessment, lack of information, trial and error learning theory, expectancy theory, and strategies. The study has experimented with the HHRM health framework in the context of basketball injuries, and a constant healthcare development through HHRM adaptation can be a useful outcome.
