 Flexibility: The designed second alternate is adaptable to utilize and is
effective.
 Help and documentation: The outline likewise takes after this heuristic standard
by including FAQ function on every single page.
 Consistency and Standard: these are kept up in the planned option.
 User freedom: By including the sign-out symbol on all the screen in the
designed alternative this principle is followed.

Recommendations
 The second designed alternative is preferred over the first
alternative because;
 In the slide 22 the back option has been inserted in the design
which makes navigation more smooth.
 In the slide 24 the sign-out option is also added to each screen
through which alternative 2 follows the user freedom heuristic
principle.
 The second alternative designed is more appealing from the user
view.
 Alternative second design contains more components and features.
 All the screens in second alternative is consistent.
 Each screen of the second alternative has components properly
aligned.
