Need Analysis of the High-Level Stake Holders
The list of high-level stake holders of this project include different e-commerce websites,
retail stores, every department of the Australian government and different telecommunication
and internet service providers among many. The top priority of such high-level stakeholders is
assurance of security and information safety while transactions via the portal (Larivière et
al.,2013). Customers require sensitive information like the bank and card details, identity details
to perform transactions in online portals. In case of data theft these sensitive information can
become vulnerable causing a huge financial loss to the customers and the host company of the
website portal.
The second most important requirement of high-level stakeholders is the availability of the
system anytime and every time. sometimes people need to do huge transactions online even on
bank holidays. In most cases money transactions hamper a lot for this as not portal will allow
transactions on bank holidays. This is going to hamper important business deals, hospital bill
payments and other important dealings. The portal should have the flexibility to allow
transactions anytime like late night and bank holidays.
Mobile payment applications are meant to be used from different gadgets and devices.
Therefore, the compatibility of the software with different operating systems and the latest
mobile platforms available in the market comes in the priority requirement list of the high-level
stakeholders (Dinh et al.,2013). If the platform fails to perform in different operating systems
with the same accuracy, speed and precision then there is no need of using such a platform as
