Executive Summary:
Emerald Aged Care is a premium and modern community. An HR officer is hired to improve
the learning and improvement program for the nurses to improve patient care. The learning
and improvement program will help the nurses to acquire knowledge to manage the aged
patients. The new learning and improvement program will follow the constructivism theory.
There are few obstacles, and the authority of Emerald Aged Care should overcome those
obstacles.
