I have come to understand the
meaning of culture which refers to
the knowledge, involvement or
characteristics of a team or
communal where they share their
opinion or ideas with the members to
recognise the world. I have learned
that culture is a method of accepting
of ourselves as an individual and as
members of societies which includes
religion, media, rituals, language and
so on. Therefore, culture has an
important role in my life because it
inspires my views, values, humour
hopes, loyalty, fear and etc. Every
person has its own viewpoints to see
the world differently.
The culture impact the behaviour and
actions of the students in the
classroom while communicating with
the teachers. I also get interacted
with my teachers where I got to
know about principles or values in
the classroom by creating a
knowledgeable environment which
are depicted as under:
Create opportunities: I create high
expectations so that I can shape both
the social and academic
achievements in the classroom. The
teachers set the high standard where
the student is bound to learn
throughout the year.
Inspire to have confident interface
with each other: I have educated
myself in my academic to be helpful
with other people so that the culture
and the environment of the class
remain positive.
Learning is very
important for me
because it helps me in
setting and achieving
the career objectives. It
keeps me motivated and
gives me more
confidence to work
effectively. Learning
enable me to develop
various skills which
assist me in managing
work and career
advancement. It is very
important to invest
precious time in
learning so that I can be
able to find numerous
opportunities to brush
up my skills and gain
knowledge. Education
provides me great
understanding to
prepare for the
unexpected can adapt
myself to the changing
situation. I can explore
myself with the help of
learning and spark new
ideas which assist in
finding innovative
solutions to the
problems. Continuous
learning will show me a
successful path to
change my attitude
when I will become a
professional and able to
understand the situation
I will consider the

applying and
practicing learning

Be clear about the
presentation: I will be
explicit because
whatever the
instructions and
guidance given to me in
the classroom so I will
be able to execute the
particular movement.
Therefore, I will be
able to apply learning,
theories or models what
has been told in the
classroom.
Emphasis on the core
ideas: I will focus on
the core concepts or the
big ideas which are
necessary to use
effectively to assist
myself while
performing my work.
All the core concepts
such as design concept,
code, ideas, procedure,
process, principles,
knowhow and so on
assist me in practicing
my work. I can
effectively apply such
knowledge with the
core principles behind
the content and services
which I needs to use
while doing my job.

Therefore, I expect the culture and
behaviour for the degree of business
management because different
people have different believes so I
contemplate what is required there at
the class. I will find the social groups
in many forms which have a great
impact on my behaviour as well. I
will be able to learn different
management skills such as
communication skills, problem
solving skills and so on. I will make
myself enable to enhance various
abilities which assist me in becoming
a good potential employer. All these
academic skills provide great
assistance in learning and developing
talent.

of peer-to-peer
support and
team working to
enhance
learning
experience
Peer to peer learning is a learning
technique which promotes
collaboration among the team
members to gain knowhow of
performing work. A learner provides
good understanding and information
from the concepts to answer the
critical problems. However, in my
academics I got to know the
importance of peer to peer working
which are described as under:
Co-operation: I enable myself to
work with a team which provides
motivation and boost up the
confidence level to solve the
problems and overcome the
challenges. I can share my ideas and
perspectives with the team and learn
from them as well.
Peer to peer response: It provides
me opportunity to share my feedback
over the learning skills and
knowledge that help me in
understanding to accept the new and

work. This learning help me to be
good team layer and assist me in
compromising to get the things done.
Gaining new outlooks: This help me
in enhancing my learning experience
by gaining different perspectives of
the team members to solve the

able to bounce more
easily.
In a classroom, peer to
per learning indicates
when the students teach
to the other student
where the more
advance student
explains the concept to
the weak student. In the
workplace, employees
teaches the colleagues
which arte recently
hired. However, there
are following ways to
implement peer to peer
learning at the
workplace which are
depicted as under:
Allot a noble guide:
An employee must be
provided a mentor to
perform the work
smoothly. A mentor
can teach the new hire
about the work done so
that he may get able to
do such work. This will
jhelp the new employee
top cultivate the
knowledge and skills
with their colleagues
and mentor.

platform: A business
concern should provide
the on boarding
learning platform
where they can share
the important
information about the
company culture to the
payroll information.
This will help the
employees about the
company and feel more
comfortable. The
teamwork also allow
the employees to create
collaborative learning

help in boosting the
level of productivity.

SWOT Analysis
I have good organising
skills where I am able to
place to all the things in an
order because planning and
organising assist in
priorities the work. It helps
me in achieving the set
objectives and also reduce
the stress.
I am also very creative
because it allows me to
express myself and also
promotes the critical
thinking. Creativity
provides assistance in
solving problems and allow
me to enter in a happy
zone.
Sometimes, I procrastinate my work
which create hurdle in achieving my
objectives because I am not able to
complete my work in a specific time
period.
I have also lack of enthusiasm to
start the work which fall me behind
from my peers and the team
members. This creates lack of
interest in me and also down the
morale.
I have opportunities of
learning technical
skills because it help
me in saving money
and time. It assist me in
reducing problems of
numeric calculation,
texting and so on. It
empowers me to access
information efficiently.
Learning help me in
developing Problem
solving skills which
help in analysing the
data and information.
It’s a threat for me that
lack of scheduling
creates hurdle which
poor planning of the
activities. This also
create probabilities of
lack of control over the
work hours and
methods.
