community which foster security. Therefore, the NHS act
brought before the parliament in 1946 which is created as
the part of social welfare that show the context of policy
under Clements Atlee’s labour government that have aim
to provide proper and permanent advantage that is well
associated with free to all those need. The service that is
based on suggestion in the 1941 Beveridge report that is
also called for the state welfare system. Behind
establishing such huge and callous work project that is
National Health Service system to provide equal health
care opportunities to all class of level and reduce issue of
poor access of medicine, treatment and so on which is
productive for the population (Chae, 2020).
According to British Heart Foundation, the NHS is launched
by Aneurin Bevan at Park Hospital in Manchester which is

issue which may act as problem for general population.

as NIHR. In this poster, discussion is mainly focus on
History of National Health Services, and development of
NHS from 1948 to current date. In addition, it is also
analysed that factor that led to creation of NHS which is
also focused on contribution to the development and
formulation of NHS. Therefore, the response is also
determined that is based on changing demand and response
to deal with Covid-19 pandemic (Cameron and et. al., 2020)

In the 19th century, the poor law set out the responsibilities

include older people and also state the who were ill. It is
usually providing help through the workhouses, that is

is often in reappearance for manual labour. Before 1900,
healthcare was mainly focus on the charities, poor law that
directly indicated that the condition of healthcare system

taking quality of health (Fair, 2018). These all causes and

government in order to develop quality of health. The factor

government to take initiative for development of NHS to
create positive aspect in quality of health. Overall, NHS has
established in 1948 with motive to recreate healthcare

contributed to creation of NHS (Ginsburg, Wu, and
Orlando, 2019).
With context to higher level, there are specialist
management group that is supported by elected group of
health profession that is about one group of each
profession. For instance, when a healthcare setting is
implemented there is an inspection with the help of
representative patient group of working health

healthcare professional that is associated with regional
health board. As per this, it is also defined as the great
