A leader is a person who guides, motivates and influence his or her team on the
precise path so that desired goals and objectives can be accomplished efficiently.
In this context, this presentation will cover the aspect of leadership style which
was followed by Adolf Hitler. Adolf Hitler is one of the most infamous
characters in world history, known for his leadership in the Nazi Party and his
role as chancellor of Germany in the early 1930s.

Biography of Adolf Hitler
• 20th April 1889: Adolf Hitler was born in Braunau, Austria.
• August 1914: Hitler first volunteered in World War I to join army of Germany.
• 25th Feburary 1932: He was granted citizenship of Germany
• 1919: Adolf Hitler joins Nazi Party.
• 30th January 1933: Became Chancellor of Germany.
• 2nd August 1934: Became supereme leader of Germany.
• 30th April 1945: Commited Sucied in bunker, Berlin.

debt and loss after World War I.
• As Hitler was the leader of the Socialist Party, he declined to pay any debts and
blamed Jews and Communists for the loss in World War I.

was assigned as the Chancellor of Germany in 1933.
