Sandra social support was her sister who gave her advice to meet the counsellor Sandra
sister was a social worker and being a social worker duty starts from her home. She suggested
that she might get benefited from the bereavement counsellor. Counselling totally changed her

Advance directive is legal document in which a patient specifies what actions should be taken
for their health if they are no longer able to make decisions for themselves because of illness or

6

understand their problem and after knowing the problem I tried to resolve it. I give them
practical advice of life what I used to learn from elderly people. Old aged people are very
practical approached people I used to listen them and based on their experience I combined all
the knowledge I have gained and pass on to the others. I also worked in NGO where I get to
know how people suffers and come out from the worst condition. One thing I know is life never
end after happening of One bad incident so I motivate people that they that should not give up. I
give them financial support as much as I can (Clark, Chatterjee and Melia, 2016). I even supply
the excess food which I collect from the peoples homes or restaurants to the poor people. I like
to spend time with peoples and I listen their problems and perception they had towards the life.
My interrelationship and communications skills are also good. The communication skills
is also needed to talk to the sensitive people. I help the people who are in intense depression
zone who looses there hope and even don't want to live their lives they are not Happy from
themselves. I teach them the importance of life. I tell them they have furthermore opportunities
and good things are way to come in their lives. I sit will them talk with them and shares some
moments of joy and laughter with them. I also used to conduct laughing sessions at my home.
Laughter is the beast medicine to get rid of any problem or any health disease. I used to work in
heath care center where we provide health care facility free for the poor people. The heath care
facility treat patients with care and helps to cure them.
3. Recommendations for improving the support available in healthcare Organizations.
The support available in healthcare Organization is important for the peoples, patients
and family members to go through hard period of life. There are lots of the area where the
organization can improve themselves. At starting the newly opened health care centers need to
make a separate department at their workplace in order to interact with the people that undergo
with severe changes in their lives such as they loss there loved ones or have faced a danger
disease. The Care home and hospitals can also provide burial services and assistance to the
people who are facing difficult times of life. The healthcare Organization can supply free
medicines to the poor people and individuals and their social networks when affected by
significant life event. They can run educational programs where they will be teaching about how
to improve the quality of life. Daily sessions should be conducted in this health care organization
for teaching them about the importance of life. According to the research many people in UK
suffers from the depression. They even don't value their lives so these organizations needs to
7
Document Page
teach the importance of life first and they need to guide people who feels hopeless in their lives.
The Healthcare centers should also conduct Yoga and mediation session in order to improve the
lives of the people (Holdsworth, Nuske and Hing, 2015). The Health care center needs to follow
the dietary chart for improve the health of the patients. The Health care organization can also
motivate the people to do exercise on regularly basis in order to avoid the diseases. The Health
care organization can also run the blood donation campaigns. The most of the people dies due to
lack of the blood. The Health Care Center can organize the laughter session in order to brings
