INTRODUCTION
Talent management is an essential topic that needs to be considered by every
organization in order to focus on selection attraction and retention of employees with the
company (Pandita, and Ray, 2018). Every organization is required to follow the concept of talent
management and their organization as it helps the company in their employee’s engagement
workforce planning performance management learning and development onboarding recruiting
retention and succession of the employees in the organization. Talent management is a wide
concept which includes various issues that has been faced by an organization. The homeworking
of employees during the time of Covid19 is a kind of issue in talent management. In order to
understand the transformation of a workplace with the help of home working of employees
Cubic Transportation system Inc. has been considered. Cubic Transportation systems Inc. is a
subsidiary company of Cubic Company having their headquarters in California in United States.
The company was founded in the year 1951 and deals in providing IT services to the
transportation industry. The company has their presence in the global market which requires the
recruitment of high number of individuals in the company. This research proposal contains the
importance and implementation of Home working in a workplace and its role in a large
organization like Cubic Transportation system Inc. This proposal also contains the way in which
homeworking of employees has been able to transform the workplace of Cubic Transportation
system Inc.

considered for the purpose of research project is wide in nature it also contains some limitations
as the information collected for the project is from the people by taking interview of 5 people in
canning town London and all were chosen on random basis. Hence, the information that has been
used for the purpose of this project is limited to the extent of information that has been provided
by the sample that has been selected randomly and collected from various sources with the help
of secondary research.

In order to identify the cost consideration of the research project has been identified that
the money and resources that has been used to finish the project will be considered as the cost for
the research. It includes the people, equipment and materials that will help the researcher to
