2SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
An acquisition strategy
The acquisition strategy will help to understand the major needs of the organization and
business requirements. The organization has expanded a lot in last four years and aims at expanding
their business in a number of centres. The organization is basically a single centred organization. In
order to expand the business there is a need for new system that will help in proper development of
the communication system within the organization. Apart from this the system will also be able to
address the need of integrating the centres within a single system that will be able to store every data
regarding to the organization. This will help in generating the reports based on the working of the
organization. Business has adopted values that will be able to provide the customer with online
facilities. This will help in making the treatment process offered by the organization easier and will
increase the customer satisfaction level proper towards the organization. This will minimize the time
that is needed for providing proper service towards the customers. Thus efficiency level will increase
with proper implementation of the system. However the major issue that is faced with the working of
this system is that customers will not be able to access all the functions offered by the system. Apart
from this certain details will be available only to administrators. Before implementing the new system
it is important to have a proper feasibility analysis. The feasibility analysis includes analysing the
technical parts and determining the proper organizational feasibility. Technical feasibility includes
implementing proper measures that will help in the growth of business. This will help in the
development of the storage facilities within the organization. Thus it will help the organization too be
technically feasible. Organizational feasibility will help in increasing the communication system on an
overall base. This will help in making the project feasible from the organizations perspective.
Apart from all the factors affecting the implementation of new system it is important to ensure
that proper requirement is implemented within the organization. The major requirement for the new
system is that it should be able to store all the medical details regarding the patients within the
organization. The developed system should be capable of providing proper details towards the
organization. Apart from this it is important to ensure that the system is able to provide proper report
of medical details and track inventory that is maintained for the organization. The new system should

User Interface Design
Homepage
The above page is a home page for patients. This will help the patients to access the page and
will allow them to choose from the features offered to them. From this page the patient will be able
select the doctors as per their need, can get the medicines through medical store. In case of emergency
they will be able to call for ambulance. The patient will be able to access all the features offered by
the medical centre. Apart from this the centre also allows the user to choose whether they are new to
the system or not. The patients are also allowed to add prescription of previous doctor so that they can
have the medicines based on the prescription.

5SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
New Patient
This page is created for registration of new patient. For availing the facilities it is important
for the patients to enter their data in the site of Family First Medical Centre. This form includes filling
up the personal data and medical details. In addition to this the patients are allowed to add their
picture. The patient can set preferable appointment date as per their need.
Business process models using BPMN 2.0
The business process model is used for understanding the process that is going on within the
system. This includes verifying address and name of the customer. After that the gateway is used for
verifying the address and name than the system goes on to creating a new card and the other system
goes on to retrieve patient card. After this the type of prescription battle label is being detected. The
system goes to obtaining the product. After collecting the payment , the patient receipt is generated by
the hospital.

Program design
Program design contains several levels. This includes network, skills development, connect
opportunities and Entrepreneurial Venture. The network layer contains peer network, community
network and global network. The skills development section is concerned with east coast start up
work, organizing the competition and hosting workshops. The connect opportunities is related to
events, management of funds and Mentorship. Entrepreneurial venture is related to load and execute,
helps in impacting analysis and helps in pitching day. This will help in properly working with the
hospital management system.

8SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
Physical data storage Design
Physical data storage is used for representing the design that will help in separating the
physical and logical structures. This also helps in managing the physical storage associated with the
data without affecting the logical structures. Data file is basically physical file that is used on disk for
creating Oracle Database and contains data structures. This databases includes tables and indexes.
Storage device is used as a physical piece of hardware that is used for the purpose of storing data. The
file type that can be added to a storage device includes hard drive, USB flash drive and memory card.
The design includes user login system, hospital management database and user login system. The
hospital system contains two database one for the patient and another for maintaining the doctors
details.
