The Fulham Shore plc is a group that is known for its distinct operations related to the
growth of restaurant based business operations. The organization has its operations in the

restaurants. The two major restaurants that have been operated by the group include, The

organization is based on the ways by which value of the shareholders can be increased and
the business operations can be improved as well. The Fulham Shore plc has encouraged the
staff, investors and management so that they are able to think of assets that are owned by
them and the nurturing that is required for expansion based purposes (Fulhamshore.com
2019).
The technological developments that have taken place in the environment have been
able to affect the organizations that are a part of the Travel and Tourism based industry. The
technologies have been able to affect the speed of operations of the organizations that are a

help of dynamic growth. The technological factors will be able to have a positive impact on
the ways by which the group is able to manage the two major restaurants. The
implementation of new technologies is considered to be a major factor that is able to increase
the speed of operations and satisfaction levels of the customers as well (Fang, Ye and Law
