3.1 Analysis based on ways by which The Fulham Shore plc can respond to change
The Fulham Shore plc is a group that is known for its distinct operations related to the
growth of restaurant based business operations. The organization has its operations in the
United Kingdom which is mainly driven by the incentivised and skilled entrepreneurs of the
restaurants. The two major restaurants that have been operated by the group include, The
Real Greek and Franco Manca (Fulhamshore.com 2019). The major objective of the
organization is based on the ways by which value of the shareholders can be increased and
the business operations can be improved as well. The Fulham Shore plc has encouraged the
staff, investors and management so that they are able to think of assets that are owned by
them and the nurturing that is required for expansion based purposes (Fulhamshore.com
2019).
The technological developments that have taken place in the environment have been
able to affect the organizations that are a part of the Travel and Tourism based industry. The
technologies have been able to affect the speed of operations of the organizations that are a
part of the industry. Smartphones are considered to be the most important factor that is a part
of the technological development in tourism industry. Different elements of the travel and
tourism industry that are affected by the use of smartphones (Amaro and Duarte 2015).
The various airlines based organizations like, American Airlines, Easyjet and Virgin
Airlines are affected by the use of smartphones. Biometrics based technologies are also able
to affect the travel and tourism based industry of different countries in the world. The
experience of the customers is improved with the help of implementation of biometrics. The
sharing economy based operations are also considered to be important for the travel and
tourism based organizations in the world. The organizations like Uber and Airbnb have been
able to influence the travel and tourism industry. The power of the customers in the travel and
