low profit margin. This position in the strategy clock revolves around generating high

Differentiation – In this strategy, companies offer products and services that are high on

Risky high margins -Organisations use this strategy by charging high for products that

Monopoly Pricing – In this position of Bowman's strategy clock, organisation positions
itself in the monopoly market and they are the only company which is offering that
product in market.
Loss of market share - This is a strategic position in which Ritz-Carlton hotel is not
offering the service or product that customer is valuing. There are customers who indulge
within purchase because price is too high.

best strategy is focused differentiation. According to this, the company is able to provide best
