Government regulations and legislations are required to be
followed by business organisations to avoid any legal
intervention. These are some laws that will be followed by
The Green Hill organisation.
Fire precaution act 1971- Under this act company premises
must follow certain regulations in order to protect business from
fire risk.

management purpose. Local authority took measures to

• Working time regulation 1998- This act of law was
introduced to set working time for the people of UK as
per EU time standards. This law made compulsory for the
workers to work not more than 48 hours a week also right
to paid annual leave of at least 4 weeks. Thirdly they are
entitled to take rest of 20 minutes in any shift that last for
over 6 hours

Conclusion
From this presentation, it has been articulated that
hospitality sector is one of the key aspect for any visitor or
client that are coming to any hotel or cottage. In order to do
so they would also required to follow certain rules and
legislation those are presented by the hotel owner.
