INTRODUCTION

to rise in extensive competition. The organisations are required to look after each and effective
planning of the operations that will help in proper assessment of the operations that are been

and other operations of the organisation. For the present report, Pan Pacific hotel is been
selected. It is a UK based hospitality enterprise, operating on Bishopsgate, London.
The report will lay emphasis on the measures to monitor the financial performance of the
organisation with double entry book keeping system. Also, different ledgers are been carried out
at the organisation to produce basic trial balance. The HR cycle and specific job role is been
taken in consideration that will help in retaining and developing the talent. Also, the performance
development plan and different issues related to negative behaviour of the organisation of the
firm. Also, the impact of contract law on decision making and functional role of organisational
structure of the firm. Also, various methods of communication is been analysed.

In order to effectively manage and look after the effective financial performance of
selected hospitality organisation, this will help in improving the sales and setting up of
operations that will support the suitable planning of operations which will help in improving the
sales and overall performance of organisation. Some major principles that are ben taken in
consideration are:
 Cash flow matters the most: This indicates the income and expanses that are been
