due to rise in extensive competition.
 The organisations are required to look after each and effective planning of the
operations that will help in proper assessment of the operations that are been carried out
at the organisation in an effective way.
 The managers and leaders at a hospitality firm will work in coordination with each
other and employees that will help in improving the sales and other operations of the
organisation.

interrelated to other operational roles of the firm. Some major interconnections of the firm are:
 HR manger with Marketing: The HR manager at Pan Pacific organisation will look after
the proper assessment of the operations and thus will help in meeting the functional
requirements of the organisation.
 HR manager with sales: The HR manager will recruit proper accountants and other
financial employees within the organisation that will help in placing the sales and thus will
help in increasing the efficiency top carry out the financial operations of the organisation
on a higher level.
 HR manager with Accommodation: The HR manager will coordinate with the
accommodation department of pan Pacific that will help in improving the overall
operations of the organisation.
 HR manager with Other functional departments: the HR department will also interact
with other operational departments like concierge or front office, technical department,
security and food and beverages in order to get suitable manpower to channelise the
business operations in most effective and significant manner.

Communication measures
Various measures of communication can be taken in consideration that will help in suitable

selected firm. This will help in executing the operations in most effective and precise
manner.

Monitoring measures
Supervision: the management of Pan Pacific hotel will look after the proper planning of
the operations and thus, will help in the carrying out of the assessment of the operational
requirements of the organisation and discussing the ideas and issues with peers and experts
to get suitable solution of any sort of issues at the work place.
