Hospitality industry is a fastest growing industry all over the world. It's considered
as a large category in services industry which includes event planning, lodging,
transportation, theme perks, cruise line, travelling, accommodation services and
other fields in tourism industry

The Hospitality industry is a big industry as this industry offers a lot of services
like lodging, accommodation, dining etc. To minimize the cost of services and
production and to improves the coordination between other departments
managers.

It's very much important to examine the interrelation of each department manager are:-
Production manager with Finance manager:- To minimize the cost of production it's
very much important for organization to make coordination while spending money on
production process.
Sales manager with Marketing manager:- The marketing manager work is to use
effective marketing as well as promotional strategies due to which sales of company

Communication refers to transferring the information to one place, person or groups or
another. The communication plays a crucial role for effective implementation of desire
objectives. If communication is effective in organisation then no misunderstands take

 Oral communication:- It refers to process of communication through presentation,
speaking with team etc. The information or ideas are expressed by word of mouth. If ideas
or information are communicated orally then miscommunication is easily happened.
 Written communication:- It refers to transferring information or ideas by using written
words. It's a most effective mode to communicate business information with employees.
With the help of this method no miscommunication is take place as every ideas is
appropriately informed to each employees of organisation.
