Food and Beverage is one of the leading and famous industry which focus on satisfying
customers need and wants related to food and beverages. This sector is include various industry
in it such as hotel, restaurant, theme parks and many more. But in respective sectors manger face
difficulties and issues in acquiring and retaining talents. Some major are like employees are
getting low salary and in this industry changes is continuous according to time and demand. Due
to which company has to hire and recruit new employees who have specific knowledge and
ability. In this situation not all employees able to adapt changes on frequent basis. Due to this
they are facing issues and problems in retaining and recruiting employees in effective manner.
Factors to a specific hospitality job in food & beverage industry:-
In food and beverage sector demand and need of customers get change on continuous
basis due to which manager of respective industry's company has to hire employees accordingly.
So that they can fulfil need and demand of customer and it is very difficult to identify which
person has more adaptable skills. Along with this they have to do hire and firing process
according to need and demand of customers in effective and efficient manner. Such as respective
company hiring receptionist and while recruiting they challenges which is mentioned above.
Such as employer of respective company want to hire receptionist who know multiple languages
and adopt things easily. But they are offering salary low which is demanded by appropriate
candidates.
