The scope of hospitality industry consists of range of businesses that offer number ofproduct and services that are related to accommodation facility, food and beverage,entertainment, gaming and other services. This industry is in every country and it is diverse andcomplex. This industry encompasses free standing hospitality business and it is also componentof wide range of venues (Cohen and Olsen, 2013). Hospitality industry covers large range of companies that are offering food services andaccommodation facility. It is divided into sectors according to the skills that are required foreffectively performance of work. In present time, hotels have main focus to provide preciseservices to its visitors. The quality management is one of the important factors of this industryand it helps to provide better services and product to the customer so that they can get maximumsatisfaction out of the services of hotel.
