This research investigates the impact of hospitality business operations on the environment and natural surroundings, with a case study on TUI, UK. It aims to analyze the impact of hospitality businesses on natural surroundings, understand the importance of sustainable business operations in hospitality organizations, and evaluate best practices for improving sustainability of hospitality organizations. The research methodology includes a positivist research philosophy, deductive research approach, probabilistic sampling technique, and both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. The literature review covers the environmental impact of hospitality operations, benefits of sustainability in hospitality organizations, and ways of improving sustainability in hospitality organizations. Thematic data analysis is used to analyze the data collected.
