INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry is one of the most developing advanced industry within global
parameters where there are various new focal domains developed , for keeping up innovation
and also for creating new smart management services. The report will be analysing
Grosvenor Hotel Torquay General Manager Mark in terms of performance and overall
effectiveness in role, with discussion of various problems and how management, leadership
theories impact functional efficiency. The study will be also analysing team working theories
for improvement of people management skills, for pertaining focus on new larger goals
