However, technology has helped the hospitality industry in eliminating the expensive human
labour with technological labour. The report described the concept of innovative idea and its
importance for business performance. Further the study defined the key factors which helps in
smooth flow of something newly introduced in the hospitality industry. It also clarifies the role
and importance of the idea and summarizes the feasibility of the concept that needs to be applied
into hospitality industry for their expansion and growth.
