trader, different codes have been created by ACCC, such as Horticulture Conduct Codes for

all sellers; for example, traders will be responsible for compensation in case of any damages in
provided products and services and so on. For the successful development of business, unfair
practices should be avoided, which violates the regulations of ACL.
