INTRODUCTIONHospitality provision in travel and tourism activities determine successful operations andfunctions. In this regard, different services are considered by travel and tourism business such asaccommodation, recreation, transportation, food, etc. Service industry provides majorconsideration for goods and services. On the basis of customers’ needs and requirements, theydevelop different products to make successful business operations (Mohsin, Ramli andAlkhulayfi, 2016). In this regard, hotels also develop successful operations so that they caneasily attract maximum number of customers at workplace. Apart from this, there are fewbooming sectors in service industry such as IT, aviation, etc. However, travel and tourismbusinesses mainly consider their operations and functions with technological advances. Present report is based on Marriott international hotel which is a famous UK hotel anddeals in different areas of world. They provide several kinds of services to different customers sothat attraction of them will be increasing continuously (Marriott hotel UK, 2018). In order togain insight information of the present report, it covers interrelationship between hospitality andtravel and tourism business. Furthermore, it includes integration which affected the hospitalityenterprise. In addition to this, it includes rationale for selected project to justify decisions that arelinked with target market. At last, it included development plan for hospitality business thatconsiders operational requirements of enterprise with organisational structure. TASK 11.1 Interrelationship between hospitality and travel and tourism businessesHospitality sector develops different kinds of operations and functions that assist toincrease profit and revenue. In this regard, different kinds of services for international travel andtourism are determined. In Marriott hotel, it could be developed as accommodation, leisure, foodand beverages, etc. In the present sector, travel and tourism activities help to engage maximumpeople to go at different destinations for various services (Brown and Osman, 2017). Hotels alsoprovide services for targeting different kinds of people. Therefore, one to five star services areconsidered in the industry. Customers have benefit that they are able to consider services as peraffordable price so that it would be beneficial to deal in different activities and tasks.
